I’ve been a big fan of his work for a long time and I truly admire his ability to mix storytelling, humor and strong visual design.

The goal of this project was to translate his illustration into 3D while preserving the mood, shapes and personality of the original piece. It was also a great opportunity to focus on surfacing, lighting and final color grading to capture the same atmosphere.

All aspects of the project were done by me, including modeling, texturing, lookdev, lighting and post production.
